Service Agreement

By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. These terms govern the relationship between you and Elite Repair Hub.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring access to their property for the performance of services. Delays due to lack of access or inaccurate information may lead to rescheduling.

Service Availability

Our services are subject to availability and can be affected by factors such as technician schedules, customer location, and external conditions.

Payment Terms

Payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, and failure to complete payment may result in service delays.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this period may incur a fee.

Warranty and Liability

We offer a limited service warranty on repairs, subject to the terms and duration mentioned at the time of service. We are not liable for any indirect damages caused by the malfunctioning of appliances.

Service Limitations

Our technicians will provide their best effort to repair the appliance; however, not all issues may be resolvable, especially if parts are unavailable or if further diagnosis is needed.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of these changes.
